Information You Submit
A name, location, or other term entered into a search box is sent to the third-party company that operates that tool. This site does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s privacy rules apply to the query and any later interaction.
Messages sent by email or a contact form may contain a name, email address, and whatever details the sender chooses to provide. Those messages are kept as needed to answer the request. They are not shared outside the organization unless the sender asks for that action or disclosure is required by law.

Your Privacy Choices
Subject to applicable law and reasonable identity checks, a visitor may ask to:
- Receive a copy of personal data held by this site.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete information that no longer must be retained.
- Opt out of certain processing where that choice applies.
Requests can be sent through the Contacts page. A request cannot change or remove a government record held by WCSO, FDC, the Clerk, or another outside source.
